Terms of Service

These terms describe use of firstmovercrm, operated by firstmovercrm. A governing-law clause and registered business address are not configured in the product. Add those details before relying on this page as a completed contract.

Accounts

Company workspaces are created by the platform operator. Public self-registration is closed. The company owner is responsible for the employees they invite, the accuracy of CRM records, and the Meta assets they choose to connect. Sharing passwords or letting another company use the workspace is outside the intended use of the product.

Acceptable use

Use the CRM to manage the company's own real estate leads, properties, and team. Do not attempt to access another company's data, probe the service, or upload lead data you are not allowed to process. Meta Lead Ads may be connected only for Pages and forms the company is authorized to use.

Subscriptions

Plans and invoices are issued for a company by the operator. Creating a company, accepting an invitation, or submitting a payment does not by itself mark the subscription paid. Access follows the company's account, onboarding, and subscription status after the operator verifies payment. Fees, taxes, and renewal dates are the ones stored for that company.

Meta connections

The operator provides the shared Meta app. The customer completes Meta's authorization and selects the Page and form to use. The operator does not become the owner of the customer's Facebook Page. Lead import runs only for a saved, active form and can fail if the connection expires or Meta withholds permission.

Termination

The operator can deactivate a company that is unused, unpaid, or misused. A company owner can ask to close the workspace through the Contact page. Deactivation blocks CRM sign-in for that company. It does not, by itself, delete every stored record. Deletion is described on the User Data Deletion page.

Limitations

The CRM is a business tool. It does not promise uninterrupted Meta delivery, a particular sales result, or that every lead form will import before the connection is tested. Liability terms, warranties, and a venue for disputes are not specified here and need to be added by the operator.
