These are the capabilities in the current CRM. Availability inside a company still depends on that user's role.
Capture and update property leads with source, status, priority, notes, and a searchable company lead list.
Assign or reassign a lead to a team member, including round-robin assignment for selected employees.
Schedule follow-ups against a lead and track tasks in the company workspace.
Keep projects, properties, and inventory in the same CRM the sales team uses for leads.
Company users sign in with roles and permissions that limit which CRM modules they can open.
Review lead, follow-up, and pipeline activity from the company reports and dashboard.
Each real estate company is a separate account. Plans, invoices, and payment verification are managed for that company. Opening an account is not automatic.
A company can authorize its own Meta account, choose a Facebook Page and lead form, and receive new submissions into that company's leads when the connection is configured and permitted.
Meta Lead Ads
firstmovercrm owns and operates the shared Meta developer application. Each customer company authorizes its own Meta account. A company can open only its own connected Pages, forms, settings, and imported leads.
01
A company owner signs in to the CRM.
02
The owner starts Meta account authorization.
03
The owner grants the permissions requested by Meta.
04
The owner selects an eligible Facebook Page and a supported lead form.
05
New submissions can be received through Meta webhooks and processed into that company's CRM when configuration and permissions succeed.
There is no separate public integration manual yet. The steps above describe the flow in the product. Real-time delivery is available only after the company connection, Page subscription, and a live webhook test succeed.
01
A company workspace is opened by the platform operator. Public self-registration is closed, and access is not granted automatically.
02
The company owner invites the team and uses the roles already available in the CRM.
03
Teams can add leads manually, import spreadsheets, and connect Meta where the company owner completes authorization.
04
Work the pipeline, assignments, and follow-ups inside that company's CRM.
CRM records are stored with a company id taken from the signed-in user, so one company does not query another company's leads.
Modules such as leads, settings, and Meta setup are gated by the user's role and permissions.
Company users sign in with a password stored as a hash. Access uses a signed token that is checked on each API request.
Meta tokens for a company connection are encrypted before they are stored. They are used for that company's Pages and are not part of the public website.
Authorization uses Meta's own consent screen. The customer chooses the account and assets presented by Meta.
People can ask for deletion from the User Data Deletion page. The product does not yet complete those requests automatically.
firstmovercrm is a multi-company real estate CRM for leads, follow-ups, properties, teams, and reporting. firstmovercrm operates the shared application. Each customer company has its own workspace.
Real estate companies that have been given a company account, and the employees those companies invite. A visitor cannot create a company from the public site.
Yes. Each company is stored as its own tenant. Signed-in users receive the company id from their user record, and CRM queries are scoped to that company.
The platform operator owns the shared Meta app. A company owner signs in, starts Meta authorization, grants the permissions Meta shows, and selects an eligible Facebook Page and a saved lead form. New submissions can then be received by webhook and written into that company's leads. Delivery depends on a completed connection, an active form, and Meta permissions. It should be treated as ready only after a successful test.
No. The company authorizes its own Meta account and chooses which Page and lead form to connect. Connecting an account does not transfer Page ownership to the platform operator, and it does not grant access to every Page or campaign on that account.
Disconnect stops the Page subscription, removes the saved Page and form records for that company, and clears the stored connection token. Leads already created in the CRM remain until the company or the operator processes a deletion request.
Use the User Data Deletion page. There is no automated public deletion button yet. A request is handled manually after the operator confirms that the requester controls the company account.
Use the Contact page. A monitored public email is shown there when it has been configured. Until then, company users should contact the Main Admin who opened their company.
